It is impossible for Milley to have done this— he is NOT in the nuclear code authorization chain of command what so ever. Sorry, Anthony— Trump had the officer with the nuclear “football” (case with the order transmission equipment, the computer codes for that unit, and super hi tech comm equipment on special mil- network/sat connections) with him at all times, per Secret Service and other resources.
