Every single transaction from a gun manufacturer requires federal permission to proceed, because they only sell through FFLs. So the feds are at least as culpable.

Gunmakers might consider refusing to sell to any CA entity, especially CA government entities.

If the industry completely boycotts California the law will be repealed.

Two can play this game.

“Gunmakers might consider refusing to sell to any CA entity, especially CA government entities.”

I see Honda advertising some of their generators as being “49-state” models, meaning they are not sold in California because of the stupidity of the law givers.

I hope other product manufacturers will follow suite and just tell the California market to get lost.

California law givers want everyone to believe their market is so big the rest of the country must suck up to their cockamamie ideas.

Just say no.

I'm sure the politicians in CA would freak out if their security cretins were reduced to using tasers.

I don't see why any company offers any firearm or ammunition for sale in CA.

When the cops have been completely disarmed, they might be somewhat less enthusiastic about enforcing every statist dictate to come along than they have been in the past.
