During a checkup I watched my female Dr. sit behind her computer and ‘check the boxes’....Whn I mentioned swelling in my left leg she simply responded “I know”....never looked at it and couldn’t have known as I never mentioned it before.
Basically they will only ask/do what they’re computer tells them. It’s like being on an assembly line!
When I was at the VA and explain my medical problem, she was searching on her PC for the answers.
