Sure thing because China is so good at keeping their agreements
The CCP needs to be treated like the Soviets, trust but verify. They are our enemy whether we want to deal with reality or not. Russia could be isolated or brought into a non-threatening status or even played off against the CCP but our deep states still fighting the last Cold War.
