He could be an ‘asset’. Basically, a contractor paid to perform certain tasks - provide ‘intel’ or do ‘disruption’.

It is possible that he is being technically truthful, in a Clinton-like manner.
That is the exact way I took it. Someone gave Ray Epps a "get out of jail free" card for a reason. We need to know the reason.

Funny how he was never arrested or jailed...
It is the double standard. Why does Mr. Epps get away with what others are jailed for doing?

Ray Epps said he was entering the Capitol to act as peacemaker, and to render first aid if needed. This he said in the deposition.

Ray Epps did FAR MORE than the jailed people had done FAR MORE!!! He was hired by the FBI to instigate this thing BANK ON IT!!!
