It's time for the Conservative Party to grow a set and not endorse any RINOS. Endorsing every non-RINO Republican is bad enough but they have to start somewhere to get Real Conservatives elected and defeat everyone who is not listed on the Conservative line.
How should we express our displeasure? Burn a few culpable politicians and their supporters for warmth?
It won’t help, they’ll always spend much more than they take in by way of taxes.
Washington is a dump filled with incompetents.
You will always have RINOs. Political success meaning multiple terms of office will produce them particularly since you’re dealing with professional politicians. A successful conservative professional politician will over time (10 years or so!) evolve into a statist oriented politician - a democrat lite (maybe not lite but heavy!). It simply comes with the territory. Putting up a new name on the door or fragmenting the Republican party isn’t going to change anything. Fragmenting conservatism just means permanent Rat rule. We haven’t set the world on fire with winning unfragmented. How are we to do it fragmenented? How will a smaller fraction of the electorate beat a larger? I guess by magic!
Only solution is replace the office holder after a decade or more in office. Term limits is a good partial solution.
These are bullcrap taxes, supposedly saving the World.

It was all stuck into the bill that the Demoncrats and RINOs led by Turtle Breath passed without reading or objecting. My guess is that Congress exempted themselves from these taxes.. am I right?
Are there rulings later than 1936 that changed the earlier rulings?

Biden voters believe these energy taxes will 'save the earth", they've bought into the climate change scam, they feel it's their duty.
Sad thing is we will suffer along with them.
Consider reply concerning the later FDR era Supreme Court's scandalous decision favoring corrupt Congress (imo) in Wickard v. Filburn in 1942.

Who will Biden blame in 2023 when people can’t afford to heat their homes, pay their electric bill, put gass in their car or buy groceries? The GOP members of Congress who voted for this atrocity should be run out of office. I fail to understand that Democrats have no clue that taxing businesses and industries just raises prices for consumers.
I guess everyone in America is making over $400K now, because Joe promised he would only raise taxes on people making over $400K.

Also, marches don't work except to help the FBI and DOJ. Individual rights secured by individual anonymous action is better.

That is exactly right. And why do the rats control every branch of government and all the agencies? Because the GOPe/RINOs enabled them every step of the way and have been doing so for decades.
Some say we need a new third party, I submit that may be fine but let’s have a two-party system first.
