So the article is a Dutch report in English (and another in Russian, but none in other European languages including Dutch), and the source (ovdinfo.org) was originally registered with GoDaddy in 2011 and currently hosted in the US according to its Cloudfare info.

By all means, just limit yourself to the Kremlin-approved media. They are not known for slanting the truth, right? 🙄
