China has a huge presence in the Italian fashion industry. Italy was especially hard hit in the initial wave in 2020. The major portal for COVID into Europe was infected Chinese entering through Milan to work in the fashion businesses. Not politically correct t mention this inconvenient fact.

This is somewhat scandalous. Made in Italy means: Made in a 100% Chinese Enclave that just so happens to be enclosed entirely within the geographic borders of Italy.
If you look at a map of foreign born populations in Italy and a map of Covid outbreaks in Italy, they are a near exact match.
