US has only managed to scrape together 90 T-72 tanks which require refurbishment. ==
It is not just refurbishing they need. It is just old export version of t72. Like those from Iraqi army of Saddam times.
They may inflict some damage before will flame but barely. For Russian armor and antiarmor they are just target practice.
You say the weapons and ammo sent are stolen. Then how come Russia is still losing?
The reality is that the weapons and ammo are where they need to be and kill Russians.
A good example of this was when Carl-Gustaf recoilless rifles Mark II were donated to Ukraine and they were replaced with Mark IV. Made of titanium instead of iron and 15 pounds lighter.
You take DC oligarch stoogism to new heights.
We get all sides from those cheering for the Russian invaders.
The west is terrible for supplying arms to the Ukrainians.
The West is in full war mode against Russia.
The only reason Russia has not won is the terrible weapons the west is supplying to Ukraine.
But, also:
The arms from the West are immediately sold on the black market.
The arms from the West are few in number and ineffective.
The arms from the West are destroyed before they ever get to the front.
The arms from the West are easily detected and defeated by Russian weapons.
They never consider the obvious contradictions in the above.

The Russia backers here forget they and the motherland would be speaking German if not for arms given to them from the west. Russia hadn’t won a war by themselves in more than 100 years.
