When Democrats say they will work with Republicans on an immigration solution, they mean mass amnesty and path to citizenship and more welfare voters. Of course that will just encourage more illegal immigration.
All the Dems and Biden do is:

2) Complain the GOP isn’t working with them and thus holding up any immigration reforms
3) Label everything the GOP does as a “political stunt”.
