A smart Republican Governor with a highly blue city should take this rule and say no diesel or gasoline trucks are allowed to deliver to the city. Let the blue mayors figure that out.

When NYC realized their electric snowplow trucks could only run 4 hours instead of the typical 12 hr shift for diesels, they quickly changed their plans.
