stole customer funds (here it is not as clear. it is customer funds but my limited understanding is they were in most cases on loan to the exchange and earning interest?)
Corzine was banned from Wall St. Not a day in jail and no clawback of immense Dem donor funds obtained illegally.
I’ll be mildly surprised despite all of the huffing and puffing if SBF goes to jail.
Corzine went on to become a senator and a governor.
