It got exactly what it wanted.
I got rid of Trump while at the same time thwarting everything it wanted stopped.
That's not stupidity, that's evil genius.
The true stupidity lays with those of us who actually believe[d] that the Republican party had/has the best interests of this nation and its citizenry at heart.
