The leader of Armenia on Tuesday (Dec 27) questioned the role of Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh as he discussed a blockade of the breakaway region with President Vladimir Putin.
Since mid-December Azerbaijani activists have been blocking the Lachin corridor, the only land link between Armenia and Karabakh, to protest what they claim is illegal mining. As a result of the blockade, the mountainous region of some 120,000 people is running short of food, medicines and fuel.

As part of the deal, Moscow has stationed peacekeepers in Karabakh. Since the start of the blockade Armenia has repeatedly accused Russian peacekeepers of failing their mission in Karabakh.

Armenians are moving away of Armenia last decades. There 10 mlns of Armenians in the world but only 1.5 mlns live in Armenia. Why so and what stopping those Armenians support their home country?
Russians can’t be more Armenians than Armenians themselves. So if Armenians don’t want Armenia than Russia even more of it.
It is not the case. The case is another Orange clown in charge, who claimed that the “Russian corruption” is an obstacle to Armenian prosperity, jailed all the politicians respected and known in Russia, provoked the war with Azerbaijan where Russia had no grounds to be involved and then blamed the loss on Russia. Now, they have problem with civilian activists blocking the roads and it is Russian fault that they aren’t shooting them. If Russians are going to shoot them then it is going to be a Russian fault again.
In my opinion, if Russia is bad and West is good for Armenia, it is the great opportunity to make a point. Russia needs to throw Armenia to the wolves and see how their new friends Pelosi, Macron, and Stoltenberg are going to help them.
My prediction is Armenia ravaged by Turks in a decade, making an extinct tribe and a valuable lesson to the neighbors on the value of Russian ties.
