Seems Gorsuch is more of a moderate than Kavanaugh and ACB lately, which surprises me.
Technically Gorsuch is correct in his ruling. We hated it when Trump was forced to keep Obama’s Dreamers policy.
But having said that, we still do have other federal regulations and policies forcing stuff about Covid vax on us. Like still allowing the emergency use ONLY Vaxes. Until they get rid of that crap the feds shouldn’t be allowed to have it both ways.

So true. Anyone who says this Court is Conservative doesn’t know what he/she is talking about. The Court has two staunch conservatives, three radical leftists and four wishy-wahsies (Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavenaugh and Barrett).
