when i first moved to colorado in the mid 70’s, they were busy flying airplanes around, seeding clouds with nanoscopic potassium iodide crystals until a sudden rain dropped 12 inches of rain in four hours in the Big Thompson watershed, with the resulting flash flood blowing out the entire canyon, and killing 144 people, some of whom have never been found ... they quietly stopped the seeding without ever explicitly acknowledging the connection of the flood with the seeding ...
apparently it’s been long enough that the current crop of “scientists” have forgotten all about that and are once again tampering with things they don’t really have a clue about ...
