“Power substations attacked in Tacoma area”
Payback’s a bitch. Easy fighting a bunch of Third World types in Afghanistan - not so easy fighting First World country in Ukraine (and it ain’t Ukraine).
I’m inclined to think any attack on a power substation in the Tacoma area would be the actions of a lefty eco-warrior.
Russia is no first world power. Not with an average per capita annual income of ~$6500.
