First, it is Kinzinger, Hodges, and Petraues who are suggesting killing Russian civilians and justify previous acts of terror.
Second, I don’t remember Russians killing American civilians or at least calling for it when America invaded someone.

All people are essentially the same. The Americans are made out of flesh and bones, just like the Iraqis.
