John McCone was CIA director when Kennedy was assassinated. Bush wasn’t named CIA director until 1976. There is evidence he may have been an informant for the FBI around then.

If he had been CIA Director then, he would have still had Kennedy killed. I'll always be sorry I voted for him and his asshole son for the rest of my life.
