There is substantiated evidence - end of story. Go ahead and prove the evidence is false if you’re so inclined. The standard isn’t proof beyond a reasonable doubt, that ONLY applies in criminal cases. It’s simply a preponderance of evidence, which clearly exists.

In any civilized country that’s grounds for investigation - money laundering, racketeering etc.
