A HIMAR is an offensive surface to surface rocket pod on a single truck, don't you know that? It's super easy to launch an offensive missile, it just has to hit the ground. It does not have to intercept salvos of incoming missiles.

You are comparing apples to elephants.

Here is a single HIMAR truck, which can drive around and hide in a forest if it's lucky.

Here is PART of a Patriot battery guarding Tel Aviv. Right out in the open, not hidden, not "mobile" in a tactical sense. It's only "mobile" in a deployment to mission location sense.
