Too much time was wasted on the pollster Baris too. There’s no hard evidence ever going to come from testimony like that, it was mostly just celebrity opinion from someone not actually involved in the process in question.
To summarize, it was mostly superficial interviews of figureheads, more that the soldiers on the ground where a smoking gun might be found. Hopefully they’ll have more hard evidence at the appeal.

Exactly. He should have refrained from using the phrase, “In my opinion”. It automatically discounts any evidence he could provide. (The info he provided actually has been successfully used in other election cases. Not this one, though.)
Also, when he disparaged professional people with college degrees he sure didn’t make any points with lawyers. He was a waste of a lot of time.
