I believe it was a Turkish guy. Took the Turk/Kurd beef from Turkey and brought it to Paris.
Given that the shooting was at a Kurdish cultural center, my first guess would be a Turkish gunman. Could be a lone wolf. Could be a Turkish government agent.
Disclaimer: My first guesses are usually wrong. That doesn’t stop me from guessing, though.
