Money crossed palms. What a disappointment.
Half the House isn’t even there. The Republicans don’t have the votes to delay and just pass a continuing resolution, which is why the democrats and traitor senators passed their bill.
I’d be happy to see him pull a rabbit out of his hat, don’t get me wrong.
“They pass the continuing resolution for the people so government wouldn’t shut down. What date did they pick? Well, let’s think of right before Christmas so members won’t be here. They will not read the bill. They’ll vote by proxy,” McCarthy said Friday on the House floor, slamming the Democrats’ strategy and adding, “I’ll guarantee you not a single member that will vote yes, I can tell you, knows everything that is hidden. Because no one has had the time to read it.”
The spending bill cleared the lower chamber in a 226-201 vote on Friday, with just nine Republicans joining Democrats to back the legislation, with one Democrat voting present. It will now head to President Joe Biden’s desk to be signed into law.

Scalise will get the same sympathy and support from the Republicans that John McCain and Dan Crenshaw did. Scalise will stab conservatives in the back while they laud him for being a victim of a crazed leftist.
