Sure Dude, come in to our Congress wearing a crusty jump suit, acting like an asshole and asking for endless billions.
So endearing, huh?

Of course it’s theater. The Dems want his popularity to rub off on them. He is justifiably famous, and it’s Biden luck, well, in part, that’s its going down on his watch.

And given his circumstances that’s exactly what he should be doing. Look at it from his POV.

The Dems want to paint the GOP as the party of Putin, and to a degree that strategy is working. They couldn’t care less about Zelenskyy, other than his role in this dog and pony show.

Zelensky Fails To Win Over His Biggest Critics
And he failed to win over his biggest fans. Zelensky got nothing from his trip to Washington. He was already getting the $45 billion supplemental funding before he arrived. He got no troop commitments, no additional arms, and no additional money.
The new Winston Churchill, doncha know. How long before Biden beknights him?
To: blueplum
He only had to win over the one getting the kick backs.

Don’t be too harsh on Zelensky - he’s a puppet, just like Biden. I believe Zelensky truly wanted peace - he campaigned on a peace-platform, he publicly supported the Minsk Accords.
But the Azov nazi/nationalists, empowered by the Maidan Coup, and their DC deep-state backers both wanted war. They wanted US politicians tied in deeply as well - Kerry and Biden’s kids were making $$ off Ukraine. People like Liz Cheney got rich from MIC donations.
Zelensky’s only two options now are fight - or get killed.

I'm not worried about Congressional dirty tricks. There's no inventory to steal from. Russia has transitioned to a wartime economy, the United States has not. The Pentagon has been stunned at the rate of fires in Ukraine's army. They don't prioritize their fires. They fire at everything all the time. The Pentagon is down to bare minimums in 155mm rounds and HIMARS rockets. This is why they don't want to give Ukraine any more Patriots (a more scarce item). I also read somewhere that the French army is out of ammo. They gave it all to Ukraine.

It’s almost as though...we have to...we must...it is our obligation to give billions to Ukraine...so that they can pay Hunter Biden his salary!
Instead of money laundering, it’s money SOILING.
To: blueplum
Im kind of indifferent to Zelenskyy. So much spin it’s really hard to know. But what I do know is I’m tired of spending money on the rest of the world. We just spent $1700 Billion dollars but Congress could find $35 Billion to build a southern border wall?
