Kari ain’t gonna be governor, you think the powers that be will allow it?
IMHO there is no way there is a new election, that is wishful thinking and not very realistic. A new election signifies that there were too many irregularities to ignore and in doing so sets a precident for future challenges that the establishment cannot abide. Sorry folks I just don’t see this going our way.
Judge's ruling will be: "The court agrees that errors were committed by the Maricopa County Elections office, but find that those errors did not appreciably affect the outcome of the election."
Yep. That’s what I think will happen.
Judge rules: You can stick your stinking evidence where the sun don’t shine. (and even if it is true —I’m not sticking my neck out to save your sorry behind. I have my own family to think about.)
I’ll second that.
The deep state gets who the deep state wants.
Us peons only have the illusion of choice when the outcome has been decided before the “election”..
Yes.
Never mind that the people who fought and died to create this country had families as well.
If you get my meaning...
I’m going to be the lone optimist. The evidence is easy to understand and election officials are arrogant and cockey. I believe judge will rule in favor for Kari Lake.
Kari sued under Ariz. 16-672, et seq. There is no remedy available for a do-over. 16-676(c) says If in an election contest it appears that a person other than the contestee has the highest number of legal votes, the court shall declare that person elected and that the certificate of election of the person whose office is contested is of no further legal force or effect.
Baris answers that the question was asked statewide....and only maricopa county had voters who had problems or issues voting.
Earlier, Baris had stated that based on his polling and analysis, he's certain Lake would have won if there had not been problems....
and I'm not going to argue with all those here that don't want a re-election and Lake to win and be governor.....
yeah all that stuff is ancient old white people stuff.
the new progressives are premodern pagans in love with the pharaoh.
“based on his polling and analysis, he’s certain Lake would have won if there had not been problems....”
This is true, but hypothetical projections are not great evidence.
Lake really needs a long list of voters who would declare that they planned to vote on election day but went home because of the chaos.
I want a recount. I believe the evidence is sufficient to warrant a recount. I believe that Lake would win in a recount.
But I also think that’s not the primary issue for the judge.
The primary issue for the judge is his own safety and career. Which ruling more greatly jeopardizes his own safety and career: a ruling for or against Lake.
Currently it appears that that a ruling against lake would more deeply jeopardize the judge.
This lawyer chick’s valley girl “vocal fry” speech is so annoying.
Agree. The horse head in his bed last night set him on the right path.
“I want a recount.”
We don’t want a recount.
They just will recount the ballots they have. That will provide the exact same outcome.
The ballots that couldn’t be read because of the 19” vs 20” print issues were “duplicated” — by human beings. We have to take it on faith that the people doing the duplicating, making new ballots that can be read, are copying the original ballots precisely. Do we trust elections workers in Maricopa County?
That would be fine IF the original non-readable ballots were retained and then a hand count of THOSE would be fine. They were not retained. Conveniently, they’re gone.
Oh ok.
No recount.
Rather a new election.
Is this judge desperately looking for a way to avoid ruling in Lake's favor?

“Is this judge desperately looking for a way to avoid ruling in Lake’s favor?”
I think he’ll rule against her and throw that hot potato to the next higher court. And then he’ll retire.
