For the first time since I can recall, farm eggs are hard to come by as they are now cheaper than supermarket eggs. Fortunately I am surrounded by local farms so I can usually find them if I get out early.

No matter how high they go, I have to have my eggs. Very important part of my diet and I eat 2-3 a days.

Eggzellent points. Eggs are versatile and necessary in many recipes. I also like that they have a reasonable shelf life.

Have a good supply on hand for making Christmas deviled eggs. They are always a hit during the family gatherings.
