Right, and if they can prove someone did this they can be prosecuted, because that’s what present laws provide for. That won’t change the outcome one bit, Hobbs will still be governor.
None of our existing laws allow for invalidating and re-doing an election when some standard of fraud is proven. Democrats know this so they cheat with impunity. Republicans don’t seem interested in doing anything about it.

AZ has a precedent in 1916 of overturning a Governor’s election and forcing out the occupant of the Governor’s office after he had already been there one year ..... and forced him to pay back a whole year’s salary:
