I hope Mr Turley isn't suggesting that The Big Guy's Department of Just Us,always adhering...first and foremost...to the rule of law,will glance at this referral and toss it in the trash.

Doesn’t matter - the WEF has put out the hit and its willing sheep will follow through. Suspect they know that any criminal charges will be thrown out by an honest court - the game will be to put that off as long as possible.
Still not sure if they are trying to deny President Trump the nomination or if they are trying to make sure he is the nominee.

President Trump’s J6 speech wasn’t inciteful at all. I listened to at home and didn’t get inspired to do anything at all.
And it wasn’t a riot. It was a protest, and only those blinded by extreme partisanship use the insurrection word. If that was an insurrection then so is every high school football game in the nation.
A few hours of fan behavior.
