Judge just threw out 8+ of her 10 counts. Goes to trial on parts of the 2 left.

And for the two remaining she has to show intentional misconduct.

I don't see it happening.

Failure to properly certify voting machines is intentional misconduct under Az statutes as it is willful disregard of the law.
