As a Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer assigned to a large training center I went to the Department of Defense Equal Opportunity management School and graduated after 4 months of 40+ hours per week instruction in Military Civil rights. This was in 1985. This was not my full time job, just a collateral duty. I got an achievement award for successfully handling 50 plus discrimination issues and conducting Civil Rights training. This is nothing new other than a lot of categories of discriminations are now front an center.
Diversity Training = Compliance

Diversity and inclusion are precursors to violence and squaller. At least that is what I see demonstrated where I live on the West Coast by cities like Seattle, Portland, Eugene, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
I can count of the fingers of one hand the number of Republicans I would EVER vote for. The rest are at least as despicable as the Delaware Dunce!

When we attach financial gain to anything today - racism, gender, freak pronouns, sexual orientation, etc. - we’re going to get more of it.
Since the PROMOTION of “white superiority”, equity, diversity, etc., we have reduced our nation’s defenders to mere social experiments.
All the military branches have problems with retention and recruitment.....NO SHIT!!!!!!
