Since they are reading and likley posting here on FR, maybe they can take your advice and turn themselves in.
I am hoping that FBI whistleblowers reading Free Republic would provide honest prosecutors with evidence against their fellow agents, leading to their indictment, trial, conviction and sentencing.
That way leniency isn't involved in the jury's verdict or the sentence.
