First I believe your statement about Crimea is inaccurate. Crimea became part of the Russian federation in 1921, and was transferred back to Ukraine in 1954 by the Soviet Union. The fact that Putin apparently did not agree with that historical fact is irrelevant, can putin now say he doesn’t accept the sale of Alaska to US and annex and invade Alaska?
So is Putin part of this whole global cabal, after all none of this would be happening if he hadn’t invaded.

No, The territory of Crimea, previously controlled by the Crimean Khanate, was annexed by the Russian Empire on 19 April 1783. By Catherine the Great.

For extra credit. The Charge of the Light Brigade, Florence Nightingale etc. That was in the Crimean war. What fleet was homeported there? Who was the Light Brigade attacking?

It’s been Russian from the Year we concluded the Treaty of Paris, ending the US Revolutionary war. It has been Russian since that time, 239 years now.

“and was transferred back to Ukraine in 1954”

From 1783 until 1954 it was never a possession of, nor administered from Kiev. After 1954 it was still run from Moscow and has continuously been home to the Russian fleet from 1783 until... now.

You need to read some history.
