Where does our Constitution say that all Illegals can come to the USA......
Nowhere....IMHO, there were multiple reasons for them getting rid of Pres Trump. If you took every member of Congress, in 2020, there were probably less than 20, House and Senate, that actually supported him and his agenda. So, there was a good chance that you could have received 515 different reasons for the UNIPARTY wanting him gone. And that in no way, includes all the lobbyists and special interests.
But.....I am almost 100% certain that in his second term, with this Supreme Court, that he was going to research Birthright Citizenship and make a case to ban the mutated definition of it that has been allowed for however long. Sen Howard clearly stated who should get it and who shouldn’t.
And “aliens” aren’t in that group .... As Senator Howard remarked, the requirement of “jurisdiction,” understood in the sense of “allegiance,” “will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States.” https://www.heritage.org/the-constitution/report/birthright-citizenship-and-the-constitution
And here’s the kicker. If he would have lost, there’s no difference. If he would have won, I’m betting illegal immigration virtually disappears as there’s no reason for them to sneak in and have an anchor baby. And God forbid he was able to make it retroactive. I’d also wager that all the requests for asylum, refugee status, worker visas, etc would also drop significantly since none of them can have an anchor baby.
Pres Trump lowered the refugee numbers so much that the resettlement companies were going out of business. And remember that he said instead of bringing them all into the US, that he would work deals with countries near their homes, to take care of them so they could return home when things settled down. He, like everyone else, knew that they only reason the refugees come here is for that baby to be born in the US, so they never have to leave. There is one from Somalia that is a sitting member of Congress.
