But in my experience, even if it is put off until next year, the spending bill will have every single thing the democrats want minus some totally inconsequential item which will promptly be hailed as amazing bipartisanship by the propaganda outlets

The only way the spending problem gets “fixed” is total collapse of the monetary system but then of course we’ll have a lot bigger problems.
