LBJ also kept a convicted murderer named Malcolm Wallace on his payroll for years before and after the assassination. Mac Wallace was with the Johnson family the night before his sister Josefa suddenly was discovered dead of "natural causes" on Christmas Day, 1961.

Again, no autopsy was conducted as required by Texas law.

Josefa had embarrassed LBJ repeatedly for her wildly promiscuous behavior over the years and the man that Wallace was convicted of murdering was said to be one of her many liaisons.
