Arrest the cops who did this and charge them with accessory to rape of a minor after the fact. Ctizen’s arrest (with all necessary force) seems to be warranted against all involved.

Totally agree. The school board ordered the arrest of the man. So the cops behaved like good little drones, and did just that.
How about this instead: “No, we will not arrest him. He is doing nothing wrong.”

I doubt that is how they handle things in big cities.
Yes, I live in a place where this would have been handled differently without much fanfare.
