It is the government hands which need tying, NOT the citizens!
I am in the marine industry and owned boats up to 50’. Our industry is lobbying heavily against this. The most insane part is their assumption that a boat at 65’ has a 30’ draft. THE DRAFT ON A 65’ BOAT IS NO MORE THAN 6, YES 6 FEET MAX!!!!!!!!.
