While political polling is an art, statistically rigorous polls are generally within the ballpark—yet Arizona 2022 election results don’t make sense (See here, here, and here). For those seeking integrity in elections, the Arizona midterm election is a hill worth dying on.
Maricopa County, Arizona, was problematic in the 2020 election. Maricopa County officials stymied legislative and court oversight. The Board of Supervisors and others allegedly obstructed Arizona’s Senate 2020 election audit: “In every way imaginable, the county refused to cooperate with the Senate’s designated auditors, the Cyber Ninjas.”
A lawsuit prevented the Cyber Ninjas from directly reviewing any signatures. However, months later, the Senate retained Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai to test a scientifically selected sample of 499 signatures from Maricopa County. A panel of six individuals (including three forensic document examiners) examined the signatures and unanimously found a 12 percent error rate. When that rate is applied to all mail-in ballots in the county, it suggests that there may have been over 200,000 highly questionable (or phony) signatures in the election—not 587.
According to the Gateway Pundit, Maricopa County had another problem in 2020: It lacked proof of chain of custody for at least 740,000 ballots.
Why? What is Maricopa County hiding?
The Kari Lake and Katie Hobbs race for Arizona governor was very close, with Hobbs leading by less than 0.6%. There are many irregularities, including Hobbs’s refusal to recuse herself, even though she was responsible for the election as Secretary of State. Therefore, a real forensic recount/audit is necessary regardless of what Maricopa County may say.

In Maricopa County, in both the 2020 election and 2022 election, in Maricopa County, some polling places reportedly required felt pens to mark ballots. Felt pens can cause irregular or enlarged “bubbles,” or bleed through to the other side, so the ballot gets rejected when scanned.
Repubs ought to just inundate AZ dems with lawsuit after lawsuit. Make them keep going to court.
RE: Repubs ought to just inundate AZ dems with lawsuit after lawsuit.
That’s from the Democrat playbook. Isn’t this what they’re doing to Trump? Investigation after investigation, from allegations of rape, to fomenting rebellion, to taxes, to nuclear codes, to colluding with Russia?
WAS HE EVER CHARGED AND/OR ARRESTED FOR THIS ILLEGAL ACT?
NO!
This is a failure of Law Enforcement, In all of these cases where a credible allegation of malfeasance is made, they should be ARRESTED, Held without Bail and subject to Civil Asset Forfeiture. Every last person involved.
Ballot harvesting is just the last step in a deliberately corrupt practice. If you focus on that you are helping the criminals.
Mailin ballots (not absentee — mixing those two is like mixing illegal and legal immigration) are the corrupt first step. Without them, nothing else can be diddled with. If they are left in place, no other action is worth your time.
Anyone saying that we need to address harvesting or do it as well as the Demos — IS A DEMO!
Did the primaries for the STATE LEGISLATURE see a significant amount of RINOs ousted in favor of MAGA, and did those MAGA candidates win in November?
I know that Rusty Bowers is gone, but that's about it.
If so, then AZ might actually have a fearless legislature in 2023 that will wrest back control of determining/enforcing election laws?
Vting fraud depends heavily on corrupt voter rolls.
After the 2020 election, a private group identified vast quantities of “registered voters” with false addresses, or addresses at places not allowed by law for voter registration (storefronts, mail drops, empty lots, etc.). Large amount of mail-in votes were determined to have come from out of state.
Was anything done by Maricopa election officials to clean the bad names off the rolls, or at least get real addresses before the 2022 elections?
