This is done every year by loads of immigrant doctors and small business men. Immigrant restaurant owners. They commit Medicare / Medicaid fraud, cheat on taxes, EBT whatever. When things get too hot they can bug out back to Pakistan, China or Latin America. Since they are citizens of those sh_tholes they will not be extradited. Of course they have squirreled away a million or lots more millions of dollars in the banks back home.
