Remember this line..

There is where this is going. They will say it was certified and so that is that!

That's not a really good analogy since we are not talking about other kinds of crime where no certification is involved (are they certifying murderers and rapists now?). We are talking about election law. And part of election law in most states is that legal challenges cannot proceed until the formality of certifying the election has been completed.
