In the past Biden was a somewhat astute politician. His actions today are absolute proof he is controlled by the insane leftist that surround him. He just speaks the words they put on the teleprompter and then is led off the stage as he does not know which way to walk. His wife is evil as she is part of this charade for her personal power. Biden is an evil bastard but at this point in his life a victim.

I agree, he once was a scheming, powerful, corrupt, savvy politician. My guess is that the Deep State Left found their puppet and tell him, every day that here is what is going on....here is what to say. If he has a moment of clarity and questions anything they repeat....Mr. President, you are doing work more important than FDR! Then Dr., DOCTOR, Jill gives him some pills and applesauce, pushes him off onto a little stage to read a few lines on the teleprompter, wrangles him away for more pills, soup and pudding and a 3 hour nap.
