I’m tired of hearing the he was a bipartisan giver. He donated more than three times as much to Dem affiliated groups than GOP affiliated groups. And if you remember the Dems money made a huge difference in the election.

A LOT of Republicans took the money. I hope we will get a list of who gives it back.
One would think that Sam Brinkman Fried will suffer a bad case of arkancide inside of that Bahamas jail.
Much easier to get him there that would be in the United States. My guess is the deed will be done before extradition is cleared.

I don’t care if some of the money went to republicans. They all need a good ass kicking, especially democrats since they got most of the money, and there has been so much abuse during their reign of terror. Too much palm grease makes bad govt.

No crime in accepting donations from what seem like legitimate sources at the time the money is given.
Once the donation is revealed to be made in stolen money, the only fair response is to see that it is returned to the injured party.
For politicians, whose political health depends on steady infusions of capital, receiving stolen goods through donations is a particularly troublesome problem.
Let's see which politician returns it--and if the money gets back to the original owners--or some "charity" hand-picked by the politicians.

Didn’t ‘the other guy at FTX’ make the Republicans donations? And yes, the amounts dwarfed the Dem donations, but that will be scrubbed.
When the donation story first broke about one week ago, I saw a list of the Republicans that two FTX executives had donated to from their own Political Action Committees.
Almost every Republican on that list was a known RINO and/or voted for Trump’s impeachment.
Three GOP Congressional candidates who got money allegedly supported Trump, but I did not recognize their names.
The political contribution issue has completely disappeared on the MSN.com news site - which is Hard Left - and which makes me think the issue is very bad news for the Political Left.

Anything a congresscritter says wouldn’t matter to a court. What Mini Madoff says under oath could be used against him.
I think a “reasonable” prosecutor would relish the thought of having the perp start talking, and talking, and talking. Braggadocio can bring out some real whoppers.
Then again, it may be a move by the left to silence him.
