ANYONE who makes ANY decision that, even accidentally, results in the loss of millions of lives would have some sort of remorse and guilt for his acts.
Or rather, anyone NORMAL and mentally healthy, I should say.
Clearly, the words coming out of this guy’s mouth are those of a complete sociopath.
And really, that’s all you need to understand about him. He lacks any sort of redeeming qualities because he cannot feel any compassion or empathy for other people. Its all about him.
Should call him Michael Myers or whatever movie horror villain you can think of. He’s in the same park as Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, etc.
