A hospital or doctor should not have to use religion to legally refuse any “trans” process or procedure. It should legally be a matter of your conscience, religious based or not.

It’s a Federal Appeals Court, which means the ruling can only be overturned by the SCOTUS, which is unlikely to happen. Basically this is a permanent ban.

This is actually a bad decision, making objection to affirming a delusion a matter of religious observance, and by implication saying, “OK, OK Catholics. Fine. But if you object on the grounds of being in touch with reality, you are SOL.”
