If this were true, someone would put Putin in the ground, and the people telling the leader(s) which orders they will follow, will follow quickly. At least in any sane country. Only in the US would the rebellious troops be celebrated.
I think I referenced the same thing in the above paragraph. A country cannot stand with rebellion within their armed services. Think what the US with Patton, McCarthur and Eisenhower did to the WW1 heroes looking for their bonus pay early.
