I dated a girl who had been a high school and college gymnast. She was 5'1” tall and a carbon copy of Cathy Rigby.
She had incredible strength and speed.
I watched her take on a mouthy arrogant witch at a party.....no contest. My gal whipped that shrew in 5 seconds.
I love it.....
