It may be that Hunter's lawyers don't know the whole story. Is Hunter withholding some of the facts about his shenanigans from his lawyers because he was so coked up that he can't remember the details?
On top of all that, doesn't Giuliani have a copy of Hunter's laptop hard drive? Could it be that Hunter's lawyers are trying to get their hands on that by way of discovery in this defamation suit?

There are photos on the dark web (retrieved from the laptop from hell) that show Hunter Biden leaning on a doorway, completely nude and having an erection. His 14 year old niece, is clearly seen in the background, laying on a bed, topless (as if they had just finished engaging in sex).
How is Hunter supposed to explain raping his underage niece the fault of Giuliani or Eric Trump?
There are other photos of Hunter in the nude, getting massaged by a trio of underage girls (using their feet to stroke him). So is this Giuliani’s fault?

He would still be open to discovery - and no fifth amendment rights in a civil case. That would be bad for Hunter and the Big One.
