In the USA the liberals mean any maga republican is an extremist.
In Germany likely extremists are people who don’t want the country to be over run by foreigners who will eventually outnumber and force them....this is something that is happening now in Great Britian. The brits are leaving and being replaced by massive inflows of foreigners from all the usual hell holes.
