Lemme guess - during WW2 you would have labeled Edvard Beneš “some Czech appointed to a shadow position” in what is now and forever a part of the Reichsprotectorate of Bohemia and Moravia.
Lugansk wasn’t annexed, it was occupied. It will eventually be deoccupied, just like the rest of Donbas and Crimea.
I don’t know any Czechs, and don’t read about them, Their names are too hard. But no, Lugansk is gone forever. :)
